Section 20
Complaints and Investigations
(1) Any person may file a complaint with the Center if it is known that an organization with an accreditation certificate has committed any act contrary to this Act or the rules, guidelines, procedures, standards or conditions set by the Center under this Act.
(2) If a complaint is received as per sub-section (1), the Center shall immediately initiate an investigation in that regard.
(3) If the investigation according to sub-section (2) shows that the behavior of the complaint is reasonable, the center shall initiate the process of action against the concerned organization in accordance with this Act. (4) Other procedures related to complaints and investigations shall be as prescribed.
